HD9000: Q 04: Mscam SD and HD?

Hi,

I do not know how specific I can be. I do not know if I am allowed to mention specific channels...

For now let's just say that I have noticed that on 19.2 some SD channels clear but the corresponding HD channel keeps freezing (the sound goes on but I get a still picture) and/or ends up completely scrambled.

Is that "normal"?

Or should I expect both SD and HD to clear the same?

Due to Box Pairing, most HD channels have now gone dark for all of us, this applies to all STB's.
As time goes on, we will have less and less available, as companies pair their boxes.

By the way, just testing some Spanish SD channels on 19.2...

And they freeze every 2 minutes or so.

Signal 92, Quality 99.

Is ms and install OS right now or is it my setup?

Trying Hotbird now...

Signal 90, Quality 86.

Seems stable, not freezing.

Just had a look on 19E 10.876 all seem stable to me on IKS.
S 83% Q 98%

Update:

19.2, Spanish:

#0 HD started freezing, and now it is scrambled.

On the other hand, SD #0 seems to be running fine.

19.2, Spanish:

After working perfectly 3 nights ago... even HD... they are back to freezing:

HD #0 is now scrambled.

SD #0 seems to be freezing/scrambling every 3 or 4 minutes (even if around lunchtime it worked seamlessly for a long time)

The same happens also with the newest 2.1.63 firmware (09/09/16), by the way.

Not complaining, just sending feedback.
