New h2h box wont move dish via urals

Hi all,
well my second h2h and downgrading from a vu, as no longer needed so thought i would sell the vu and make some money.

Ok so for 3 years no problems with the dish and use cats-eyes list as my gf likes to watch polish tv and fta italy

So h2h turned up with openatv on it

set up tuner A as urals an put in the long and lat as i have done many a times
tuner B to my net id for vm and then went about installing cccam 2.30 and abm

did a scan on abm and worked great for 28.2e and vm and even epg and picons sorted.

SO i removed the abm, uploaded the all eu sats file from the pc.
Watched all uk all ok and clearing from 28.2

moved to 13e, icon flashes but dish does move, i tried 19.2, 30w etc some 8 sats and will not move.
if i go to uk, of course it says its moving and a few secs later picture is on

if i go back to tuner set up and pick say only 13e, and go to 13e it moved. If i tell it to go back to 28.2 it wont

any ideas?
what about the power lnb thing on back?
i did a google search and there is dozens of people saying the same thing.
i even refreshed with vix (i know not a real vix) and the same

just a update, put vu back in, all moving to some 15 sats all ok

When i looked again at box, it only has a 2amp plug, where the box book says should have a 3amp
put the vu power into the gemma and same thing
