For the last few days, it has been stopping and starting every few seconds.

I have got a BT SmartHub 6 and BT infinity, Signal and quality are way up in the 90's.

Is anybody else having this problem.

I have Disconnected, and powered down the hub and left overnight and removed mains plug on the HB9000.

If anybody has any sugestions as to what could be causing this,i would be gratefull.

Hi. Its clearly not a dish/alignment problem as you are getting 90per cent in signal quality..do you use wireless or cable??
Also do you get any other satellites and if so are they ok?? I must admit i not had any issues in the last last week or so.
Have you checked with your provider... Regards
