been told that the mutant hd 51 can handle 4.2.2 anyone tried on this model i have the vu4k not sure if it's possible with the vu will give it ago soon also the t/mate 5402 will be compatable with both 4.2.2 and 4.4.4 in a future software upgrade hopefully

Would very much like this to be true, but I cannot find anything to absolutely confirm 4.2.2 on the Mutant HD51. As regards the TM5402 and software upgrade for 4.2.2, this has been rumoured for at least 2/3 years, so perhaps unlikely now. Hope I'm wrong.

Found elsewhere someone with a Ariva 4K has tried FTA feeds with 4.2.2 and it does not work. I know it's off topic but sort of related. Had thought they were talking about Mutant HD51, but it was not.
