S4000 - No Signal

Hi, I think I've set the box up correctly but I get no channels and a message No Signal (Tuner 1)

When I do a rescan I get no channels. While it's searching for channels the Transponder bar show nothing, I presume it should.

I'm in version 1.11.70

Plugins setup and using Mgcamd.

I know signal works as I've tested my spiderbox on the same cable

Not sure what I have missed.

Go into Settings, Dish settings and make sure that the DiSeqc switch is set at Off.
You should then see an orange bar on the left and a green bar on the right at the bottom.

thanks for your response but it already was set to off

one other thing under service search if I go to fast scan, the select operator only shows canal digital and TV Vlaanderen

Hi If signals work on a different box then its the box ..it cannot be cables or dish/LNB etc. Can you do a blind scan on your box and see what results you get. If you get nothing then clearly you have problem with setup or cables.
