Net work problums .

Hi guys just got the new solo 4k ,put all net work settings in to box coming back all ok .but when I try to use DDC edit or Vu+control centre ,cannot seem to find either checked and checked and checked ip address, any help please I am lost .

maybe try turning on/off dhcp on the vu ?
quite a while back I had a problem finding a m8's box on his network, turned out I had to enable dhcp on the box or his bt router wouldn't see it
worth a try...
