i am lost vith my HITECHBOX HB9000-IPTV t stalker portal

hello :
first i have tried to read all infos about HB9000 set up and more..

second my problem :
i obtain an abo for IPTV and i get a m3u file
i tried it on my pc w8 with kodi 17 succes it worked acces to channels..

now i scramble with no succes to put the iptv files working in the box / loaded onto <iptv player> i can read the channel names but not decoding..
can it be a problem with the length of the name/password sequence? the name is 17 car and the password 10 ?

in other way by trying to update the stacker portal always < failed>

I would like to have a good line for testing from editor to demo if possible

if it can help someone... a seller gave me a file m3u working on my ordi w8 qnd kodi 17 with no trouble
but not working loaded onto <iptv player> of the HB9000- i can read the channel names but not decoding..

The reason and solution was : username was 17 caracteres long !! all is now running with 10 caracter long
