I have been trying to set up my Icecrypt1600CHD to pick up Intelsat907 uk channels.

Prior to starting this process i have done a blind scan and picked up all the free Spanish channels with 80%+ Signal strength, so i know i am aligned ok.

The unit has been updated with the instructions as per:-
hxxp://www.astra2***.com/technical/reception-of-british-tv-radio-overseas/b*******back/icecrypt-s1600chd-for-intelsat-907-at-27-5-west/

All followed and installed, including latest online updates.

Bi** codes are installed as far as i can tell from the update, but i have also tried manual updates via the menu system and the following individual way:-

Try selecting the channel.
Press "i"
Press "i" again
Press the red button
Press the red button again
enter the key again

I now have all the freeview channels as i should but the channels have a $ as a prefix?
I also have '0%' Level and '5%' Quality signal strength........even though blind scanning will pull up all the Spanish channels?

Infomation:-
Satalite Intelsat907 27.5
LNB Freq 9750 10600
Frequency 11495
Symb 4410
Polarity V
Diseqc 2/4
22k off
12v on
Channel $BB# Two HD
Service ID OX4440
Video PID 6101
Audio PID 6102[AAC]
PCR PID 6101
CAS CA Free
Version 1.7.07 EMU

I am new to satellite tech so could have easily made a stupid mistake, any advice would be great
Thanks
Nick

Only mistake I can see is symbol rate should be 44100,you have a 0 missing,SIG and qual should be 80% 70% plus so something is not right, suggest skew maybe wrong

Can you please post some of the channel names, frequencies, and other details, that you can pick up.
Can you also post details of your dish, and LNB, as the only spanish channel, I can see on 27.5W, is on 3802 R, so I suspect your dish might be aligned to 30W, not 27.5W.

Hello, I have an S1600CHD near Marbella receiving just BBC, ITV and C4 from Intelsat 907. I did follow on-line instructions regarding updating the firmware and inputting the BISS codes but only got those channels. How can I get the rest of the Freeview channels?
