Forum is being DDoS attacked

Satpimps is under a DDoS attack today.

A temporary solution to block this particular attack is to use an .htaccess file requesting a username & password be entered.

The username and password to enter when prompted is...

Username: satpimps
Password: satpimps

The login username & password details show up on most browsers like IE, Firefox. However I’ve noticed it doesn’t on Chrome. So let your friends using Chrome browser know the login details.

I tried an hour ago and login took a while so moved onto another site. No problems getting now. Using Chrome with normal login details.

Chrome login refers to the extra added login security pop up not the normal forum login details mate.

The extra added login security pop up is currently switched off.

When it's on you'll need to enter

Username: satpimps
Password: satpimps

Before you'll see any page loaded up.

Have just logged in 17.30 local Dublin, without problem, using Chrome Browser.

It seems to be working fine for me using chrome, I wonder why someone would DDOS here? I mean what's the point really, it's not like there's millions of users online at any one time. Bloody weirdo's.......

No idea what thrill those Doss attackers ever get from taking down forums and servers etc.. it just always seems very pointless to me .
Very obviously they are spoiled children have no job , no life and nobody that will ever care about them so they all vent their frustrations all over the net
and spend all day long Doss attacking various sites pretty sad existence i would imagine : ))
Well done to Forum admins keeping forum running and not allowing those idiots any kind of satisfaction whatsoever : )
