Hi I need help. I just tried to download the latest firmware from HTTP which has downloaded OK but the box froze after it started resetting. So the green stays on on my box, I tried to switch it off but it doesn't switch off. I disconnected the power cable and connected it again but the box is still frozen and the green light is still on. Any help will be appreciated, Thank you.

Etlevi, right click your download and rename it force_upgrade_rom.bin Then put the usb stick in the usb slot and turn the power off to the box. Then turn the power back on again whilst pressing okokokok on the remote. As the box boots up it should go through its boot up search sequence, it should find the software and then load it.

You already have it. You need to rename the file that you have already downloaded. Right click the file that you already have and then click " rename" you then need to rename it as suggested and then follow the instructions already provided
