No maps found on tomtom start 25

Hi has anyone had a fix my tomtom start 25 displays "no maps found" tried everything on their support website to no avail, computer sees tomtom even after update i get the same message.

Assume you are talking about the TomTom 'actual' satnav device for 'Start25' mate?
I also have a Start 25 device and mine seems fine at moment mate!

That is the one! the screen shows permenant message"no maps found", gone on tomtom website for advise to fix the problem followed their instructions still the same, going to phone their helpdesk on Monday it's closed over weekend.
