Why do I just see a paper clip and "attached files" but no link to any file and cannot click on the paperclip to get download? What am I doing wrong?

Hi...You need to be logged on before you can download and click on the filename and not the clip. You get a dialog box asking you to save the file...i have just downloaded it and worked ok. When you have downloaded it you then need to unzip(extract) the file and copy it to a usb and then upgrade your receiver. Simple really...Regards.

any one had tuner issues with 1600hdse ? all was well yesterday then i cut the power to it. today showing no signal so have reflashed latest firm for intelsat 907 i can scan in the channels from 11495v 44100 but still have no signal. i have checked the box on another dish that is working ok so assume its a tuner problem ? any help appreciated folks
