hi how do i add sat to this box

Can you please post more details.
Satellite equipment, Motorized, using Usals, Diseqc 1.2, Fixed dishes, using Diseqc, which satellite you wish to add, general location, and dish size, etc..
Which patch do you have loaded?

motorized dish using disqec

Go into the Menu, and select Motor Setup.
Motor should already be on Diseqc 1.2, select the satellite Eutelsat W2 (16E), using the left/right arrow buttons, then use the Drive option to move the dish East/West to 16E, and store its position, using a free number.
Probably easiest to move the dish to 19.2E, or 13E, before searching for 16E.
