Will I restore off solo 4k. Do for ultima. Same stick. Or are they different.

The VU+ Solo 4k and the Ultimo 4K are different versions, the only backup, you can use, is your channel list, using a program like dreamboxedit.
There is no such receiver as VU+ Solo Ultima, that I'm aware of.
Can you please post more technical details, of what you're trying to do, and which receivers you actually have.
