Thanks for info,I have tried a number times to Load the Mscamd code and ping test comes back bad,gone back to patch 2.2.08 no problem with Mscamd.

Same for me. This patch does not work as all the MSCAMD settings in READER-1 are corrupted.

Does anyone have a copy of the MSCAMD settings?

The patch works fine, if you have corruption, http load the patch again. Read the setup guide part about entering Mscam, print it out and read it again. You need to enter your own personal 10 Digit number that you received when you first brought your HD9000.

Did a factory reset and hard reset restore from USB, still the same.
All the MSCAMD settings are zero's. Before the upgrade the MSCAMD settings were random numbers and letters. Entering my key makes no difference.

OK fixed it now by restoring an old backup rom. I will stick with this now!

I noticed the update 2.2.12 is now only for IKS, the Mscamd has gone back to patch 2.2.08.

I updated to Mscamd 2.2.12 a couple of days ago and found that I could not get Stations to open, at the time I just left it to see what would happen next.

Last night I updated back from Mscamd 2.2.12 ( of two days back) to the Mscamd 2.2.08 which is now the only one for Mscamd on the HTTP. I had to put my code back in also data backup. Thankfully all is now restored and working as normal.

There was also a query posted on another forum ref sw 2.2.08 -Mscamd by a member of this forum, and the reply he got from blackdevil was as follows:

Load it by usb stick and try again. sw 2.2.08 -Mscamd

and he was given a link to that software

so any other members having a problem with that patch could try the above and see if it works for you, I'm surprised that the member did not post this info, as it may help other users on this forum with the same or similar problem.

hi all...ive just upgraded to 2.2.14 a couple of hours ago through HTTP...its my first upgrade since june 2016 which was 2.1.41
things seem to be fine so far...its around 6 months since I last used the box
it looks slightly different at start up
I havnt tried to renew the gift which expired in February but the IPTV BONUS is working fine
I tried to upload a couple of pics of how it looks at start up but upload failed
hope this maybe helps some of you who were thinking of upgrading

Rockero will not be able to answer your query:

I would suggest that it's for mscam.I use iks and i've tried that update but there is no way to reinstall the iks key but there is for mscam.I've gone back to previous patch.

The menus are different on the Conditional Access page and you need to click IP Sharing Protocol for options. Mscamd is one of the options and another is Superiks, so I guess it could work for Iks as well.

The screen for Superiks is exactly the same as for Mscamd. So if you enter your code in active code line and press Fav to save, it will certainly be accepted. Whether Iks then works is another matter.

Finally found the time to upgrade to 2.2.14, mscamd.

Unfortunately, it seems... not very smooth, at least, on Astra 2C, not very stable at times (scrambled channel message).

We'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Lately 2.2.12 was very stable.

Hi, A question was asked in the other forum about the improvement in the latest 2.2.14 patch. Blackdevil answer is as under:-

1.Mscamd service improved
2.Timeshift issue in stalkers portal revised
3.Go*gle maps ，default city :London
4.MAG Portal Panel, stalker portal changed (paid service)

We are trying to fix a perfect sw, then we will officially release it.
At the moment, we are trying to fix Mscamd & IKS service working as good as possible at these latest sw

Hi,

I noticed today on HTTP there is another 2.2.14 version, dated 06 April 17.

So I installed it... and I had to enter again Lat and Long, Time Zone and Time, Start Up channel.. and Mscamd code.

In a different place, with different name, I think... but found it, entered it and... it seems to be working without a single skip... perfectly stable... 3 hours now.

I just checked HTTP, and I can see 2.2.14.

Sometimes they disappear, then they come back again. Keep trying, I would say.

Although I remember one occasion when I could not see a new version for a long, long time... even if people were talking about it... I was advised to downgrade to a previous version (maybe 2.0.8, not sure, sorry). The I could see the new firmware in HTTP, and managed to update to the latest version at the time.

Different place?? not needed, you download the latest Software/Firmware via the HTTP Upgrade Menu.
Which Software/Firmware version do you have showing in System Settings / System Information?

Went over to 13*E,came back and it was connected ,strange.
