Sky q hybrid problem

I bought a hybrid lnb off **** swapped the lnb on my sky q dish but can't get any signal on my sky q box I've tried all the ports but have no signal my icloud box has signal anyone installed a hybrid before that can help me thanks in advance

The Hybrid has 6 ports in total 2 on one side which are the 'Q' ports and then 4 all in a line on the other side which are the standard ports. did you unplug all of your receivers including the Sky Q box before you changed the LNB
