S3500HDCCI - is mine done for?

Hi All,
trying to change to a different cline. it wouldnt stick and now old one doesn't work either

I went through all the usual steps to get a line working but kept getting can not start, check cardclient.conf or network

I flashed the memory using Flash.v6.ICECRYPT.S3500HDCCI
udpated the firmware to FAC.ICECRYPT.S3500HDCCI.NN.v2.12. 18
loaded plugin - ICECAM_CCcam_07NOV2012
ftp'd to box and added line
when trying to start xcamclient still getting can not start, check cardclient.conf or network

line format etc is fine, been using this box for 3 or 4 yrs and well used to loading lines.

Anyone ever suffer similar issues and get a resoluion.

The flashmemory-->update firmware-->load plugin was my last gasp effort. i'm out of ideas now.
Free channels all working perfectly.

In answer to your question - yes.
I have tried everything including cleaning the user flash and the software flash and reinstalling using Porter Express.
Still, the plugin with Xcam and Xcamconfig will not run and therefore no c-line.
This for the S3500.
Other Icecrypt models using similar firmware will work (S4000, S6000, S3600)

I also had problems with Xcamclient it kept freezing the box but the cccam and mgcamd plugins both work fine !
