Kodi on new fire stick?

The new fire sick is now out (with voice control), does anyone know if kodi can be installed onto it?

I have seen on other forums that Kodi 17.1 installs and works OK with it.

I do not think that the voice part will work with Kodi though as it doesn't work with the Fire TV Box, it only works with A m a z o n's own apps.

Kodi 17.1 installs and works OK used config wizard got Exodus app installed its very good
can not find Navi-X but with previous Kodi versions it was full of spam so maybbe not supported anymore ?
plenty of other good Apps however .

Try this,Launch Kodi, Video,addons,look for (Indigo), you should see all the programs.

Installed it on the new firestick 2 tonight using adbfire and just need to work out how to get it onto the first screen.

Is it really a "new" firestick. My "old" firestick has just updated itself and is now a "new" firestick. The voice recognition can be done, as before, via a phone app.
