stalker portal

I am using 2.2.08 software and my sub to a stalker portal was working.I upgraded software and then down graded software back to 2.2.08 and now my stalker sub not working.
1-i go to correct stalker page via the red icon on first page of menus.
2-i scroll to correct subscription.
3-i scroll up to portal 1
4-i press red button for keyboard and enter correct info
5-I press recall button to save as no other button seems to do anything.
6-i exit stalker portals then go back into them and select my subscription at correct portal (1) and I get server no connect


what am I doing wrong?

I don't know the answer as I don't use Staler portals. However there seems to be an option to press the Play/Pause button to Enter and this closes the window. So have you tried this?

tried that one m8 still no luck .will check with supplier

now sorted v**g*n media blocked the host name using a new hostname from supplier its all working again and it was the play/pause button to store the portal link
