TomTom GO for androids

I have just accessed my latest version of TomTom GO - all as originally downloaded via Russell1's latest version 1.12 - and was initially asked to go to Playstore to find new/later version!

I went into the 'Maps' section via the cog wheel function, but no sign of any new maps etc!

However I persisted and eventually got it to proceed to an address using map version 985.8149.

Has anyone else experienced any recent hiccups with TT GO?? :confused:

Cant get this to work mate, how EXACTLY do we use it to update TT GO Android - espec now we have NEW map version 9.90?

TomTom GO has been successfully updating to next version of maps with no probs at all this past year - but now unable to update from version 9.85 to 9.90!

Oh dear, obviously I'm missing something about the 'old' TT GO, as nobody else can be having any trouble in updating the TT GO posted on here (Pimps) to latest version 9.90??

Hi, sorry for delay in seeing this as my query answer, but have now used sparky_dog's 'answer' as above and successfully updated my TT GO to vers 990!
