Menu problems

I have just tried to scan different frequencies on 28.2, when I go into menu ,manual scan, enter pin code
0000 the box just reboots, tried various times no luck.

Thought my box was faulty but I can scan ok on 19.2 & 13.0E

Is this any thing to do with the channels not working with a block on this or is there any thing I can do
To scan channels on this satellite.

I seem to remember this happening before, with a specific channel/frequency, that caused problems.
If it's working on 19.2E, and 13E, try going into the channel editor, while on one of these satellites, and delete some of the last channels you scanned in.
If it wasn't scanning in, on the other satellites, I would suspect that you might have filled the channel memory.

Hi I had similar problems a while back and did the following to resolve it.
a) Delete satellites that you dont need or cannot get.
b) Delete all TP's on 28.2
c) Do a blind scan on 28.2
