hi all i am wondering if you can help i need help with the tuner configuration of my box i have all the freesat channels on 28.2e but cant get my motor dish to move and get the channels on the other satellites tried automatic and it just scans
28.2e the motor dish does not move i have also tried in the manual scan but both a/b satellites are not in the right configuration???thanks for helping a newbie and a cluts

have you set up the lat and long in the tuner set up
is the motor diseq
which image is installed

After you set the tuner as automatic, you need to select each of the satellites you want.
