Hi anyone got one of these OCTAGON SF4008 receivers

Any views good or bad, i hear they can do 5 west stream 2 and i guess they would also do the flix tv HEVC is channels as well, subject tot he needed viewing card

I have one. It does the Hevk channels and also the stream chanels as well as you thought. They are not easy to get hold of as demand outstrips supply.
The software is still under development with Kodi reaching the beta stage very shortly and a blind scan promised next. The bos is fast at loading and the picture quality is excellent. The next generation DVB x tuner is sensitive and makes the receiver more future proof.

thanks AndyX, yes i got one overall happy with it, just wish i could get powervu channels on it like i can on a dreambox, just select and watch like any normal channel, but other than that, im very happy with it

I have tried on 4.2.2 signals. Only way is recording and playing back on my phone or my Nvidia shield. I have just playing recorded .ts on computer and it works well using VLC
