Icecrypt S3500HDccI Pin Code

Hi All,
I picked up an Icecrypt S3500HDCCI the other day for quite a reasonable price (£10) and got it working just fine. However I wanted to do a factory reset and the default pin which is 0000 does not work. On top of that I accidentally locked my wife's favourite channel. What an idiot am I!
Is there any way around this? If some can please help, it would be much appreciated.

Try reloading the latest firmware either from the Icecrypt site via USB or from "Network" via internet.
To unlock a channel;Menu, Settings, Service List Manager, highlight locked channel and select lock/unlock channel from options blue button

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, I had already flashed the latest firmware. Unfortunately when trying to unlock the channel it prompts for the pin code so can't unlock it.
Having done lots of searching, it seems I need the master code for this box, but so far after another lot of searching, I can find the codes for many other boxes but not this one!

Have you tried retuning the locked channel from the satellite?.
I think you will need to remove the firmware and clean the flash using Porter Express and reinstall a new firmware also using Porter Express.
I think all the details , including Porter Express are in the Icecrypt section on this site.

Hi All.

Thanks to everyone for your help, it is very much appreciated.
All is now OK, Icecrypt kindly supplied me with the master code. I have to say Icecrypt technical support are very helpful and nothing seems too much trouble.
