i do not use kodi anymore,,after a factory reset i uninstall kodi
no need for it...still get my stuff
have done same with many friends boxs
not knocking kodi..kodi is great player
but at moment to many scammers and snoopers out there
but like i said..i still get all the stuff i require...without running it through kodi
game on...lol

Agree very much kodi is a waste of time a very high majority of addons are all now controlled by Commercial payserver s*** !!
i would not normally have a huge problem with that but the quality certainly does not match the asking price thats a fact !! :ack2:

It depends how you use it.
I only use Kodi to watch classic television, and series no longer available, on satellite.
Over the past 6 months I've watched classic, unedited, episodes of Minder, Monkey, classic Doctor Who, and now Angel.
I agree that many of the listed series aren't available, including Hazell, Jemima Shore Investigates, and The Rockford Files, all of which I remember watching, when I was younger, but what is available is far better than the rubbish currently being shown on British television, both terrestrial, and satellite, and it provides the option to view what I want, when I want, instead of accessing my large collection of old DVD recordings.

Since the fusion/ addons ag saga I seldom use kodi,
I use stand alone apps when I can,
but some members here may just need to be advised to be a little cautious when using addons.

i personally do not need kodi..i like yourself use standalone apps
my comment was meant as a personal refference to my own usage
