IPTV BONUS stopped

Gift ran out a few months back. IPTV BONUS and movies have been working fine, but last couple of days just get 'network connection fail'.
box connects to my home hub OK.
Is the server down? or is box done for or is there something more sinister with my provider perhaps blocking ip address?

working again. Loaded old firmware from usb stick.
