Have you checked that the HDMI cable is firmly in the TV and STB?
Try Menu-Preference-A/V control.
Set : Display Mode - Auto or 1080i
Aspect Mode - Auto
Video Output - CVBS
Digital Audio Out - Auto.

it deffo works on 1600 cos i set 1 up this am for a friend and connected using HDMI,check both ends and then if no joy try another cable or box and cable on another tv,probably something really simple.

Also have you selected hdmi input on tv correctly as you will have no signal on tv if you are on wrong HDMI input from box to tv.
