Hi You dont need a DES key for cccam . Spiderbox 6000 dont use Mgcams....Reason for the problem could be that all 8 lines of Cccam are turned off. Very vague info is being provided making it difficult to know where problem lies. Regards

Is that not an extremely common issue with new/relatively new posters on almost any forum?
