Channel editor not working

I downloaded a channel list to the 9000 which worked but was a year out of date so I decided to delete dead and non working transponders with the editor, the problem is the editor does not display the same list that worked on the receiver and just stays blank.

Am I missing something here ?

I'm under whelmed by this box, the IPTV is brill but the satellite side is a mess, everything is hard work and flaky.

The IR remote is not a light touch, it needs a very hard press for the buttons to work, the box has lots of functions but the sat tuning side is hard work and it won't be my main box because I don't like hard work doing simple stuff.

MSCAM works ok on the spider but is a dog on the Hitech, only a quarter of the channels open, sorry to be negative but the box is not working well at the moment.
