m3u list updating

i have created an m3u list for my movies and shows which i play on my sat receiver,,,,,is it possible to create an m3u file that opens up the playlist from my server ,,,as opposed to having all the individual info and urls in the m3u file that i have on my enigma2 sat box,,,,
i maybe havent explainded it very well,,what i am trying to do is open a playlist from within a playlist
