Epg help

Had my VU Zero 4k box a couple of months now, everything working fine but scrolling through the Epg is a bit long winded.
Managed to create my own bouquets, movies, sport etc but in full screen Epg mode to reach the end of the lists i have to scroll down through every single channel to reach thoose at the end.
Is there a way, button to press that will move a page at a time like my old Technomate did ?

Try button 8 to go down through the pages and button 2 to go back up
