Bought a new hb9000 from gw a week ago as old one packed up. When entering mscam 10 digits and save just returns to previous menu the same as if you enter any 10 digit number. Have latest patch 2.3.47. Is mscam working OK ? Have tried every day for last week. No luck

It may be that you're not enetering the code correctly. Have a look at the advice in this thread:

According to the supplier of the keys MSCAM not supposed to work on 9000, 1k$ does but MSCAM only works on 6000 and Hitech 9000.

Hb9000 is hitech box, have entered mscam no problem on previous hb9000 .but this time get the same responce to my code as entering any sequence of numbers. Its as though my code is not recognized?

Hi As far as i am aware Mscam is not working on the Spiderbox 6000..IKS is working fine... Regards
