Mac address

Hi Folks,
I am trying to use an Iptv trial for my HB9000,I have supplied the MAC address which I found in the Stalker Portal menu,but have been told that the MAC address is not working.
Is there something I need to do or is the HB9000 not classed as a Mag box for this facility?

All sorted now,must have been them misreading my MAC address ,
working fine now
