TM-5402 HD Not Clearing Some Channels

iv'e got two receivers a Vu+solo2 and TM-5402 HD m2 my problem is the Vu is clearing all i want on Hotbird but the TM Is Only Clearing Some Tried Factory Reset,New Phantom patch,Add-on Still The Same Any Help Appreciated.

All clearing on my TM5402HD M3, but obviously cannot comment on your M2!
Maybe it's all down to your server?

hi..i know this is no help for your problem but ive got a M2 which clears these channels via cs....its been working well for nearly 3 years now...they were all clearing a few minutes ago
