Hi Guys
I have a VU Solo 4K with a 1Tr hard drive and Black Hole.
When I record it save the file in a format that will not play on my
computer, so I have to convert it to Mpeg4

Is it possible to record in a Mpeg4 file.
If so how do I change it.

Your VU+ records in TS, (Transport Stream), format, which can be played, at least on my PC, by Windows Media player, but I tend to use VLC player.
All you have to do is copy the file, from your VU+ hard drive, onto your PC, using Filezilla, and play it.
You should be able to find your TS files in Media, HDD, Movie.
