channels in order

hi there happy new year-I am trying to get my tv channels in alphabetical order with out much joy can anyone help please -many thanks

Hi.
Away from the telly now... so I might not remember exactly, but try this:
Press the Sats button on the remote.
Go up to All Sats.
Press OK to see list of all channels for all sats.
Press Info, I think, onscreen it says Sort.
Then press the yellow button, I think, sorry I cannot check now... and there should be an Alphabetical option (red button maybe?).
You should see all channels alphabetically sorted. Press Exit.
Now go back to individual satellites, and the channels should be in alphabetical order also for the individual satellites.
Hope this, even if inaccurate, helps you find your way.

PS: I just realized you were talking about the new 9200. I actually have a 9000, but I still hope that my suggestions help you sort it out.
