Might be easier to help if you can be a little more specific please mate - which channels, is it literally ALL channels, which sats, etc etc?

Not sure about the TM 6800 but on an E2 box (Vu+, DM, etc) one simply swaps the audio channel from the inactive one to the active one using the yellow or audio button on the RTCU.
