IS This a Kodi 3rd party Build you found somewhere perhaps ?
last official release is Kodi v18.1 "Leia" .
But i have not been bothered to use Kodi for a few years as it is quite some waste of time !

your right, its not proper kodi but it works beautiful. i know lot people using and you don't need lot brains to load it loads itself.

okay i was thinking it was not an official release as you suggested in your OP as it would have appeared on the official Kodi d/load web page if that were indeed true .
But since you are Testing these 3rd Party Kodi Builds you can always leave feedback here on which build you thought was the best ?
i am aware how to use Kodi as a media center but i do not bother much with Builds since majority of addons that come with it are usually well past their sell by date before using , just my humble opinion tho' ..:cool:
possibly you might find some working addons may be ..?

I am testing, on filelinked when you go on filelinked number is 85810914 about 5/6 file its there 18.1 and comes up 18.6 when its loading

That is because it is a modified Kodi build ...there is so many dozens around !
i am quite sure its not that hard to make a kodi build name it Kodi 19 if thats what you desire ?

i have testing the kodi, i no its not proper kodi build working good you go kodi site load kodi 18.3 then go diggz build then shoots up to 19.7 and films perfect
i have on my tv smart tv sony bravia 4k

Having tested this diggz build its an old Kodi Krypton build from Dec last year 2018
majority of addons fail or are just old and irrelevant now .
quite disappointing really :banghead:
