IKS not opening,13E 19E and 23.5E

Over this weekend most channels using IKS was not opening ,13E 19E and 23.5E, still the same today 27.05.2019. Anyone know why?
IKS is saying connected and expiry date showing. Not very stable right now.

It been working ok all over the weekend and is still going, albeit with a reduced number of channels !

Just checked my Spiderbox9000HD on both my fixed 13 and 19 east are working okay, cant say about 23.5 as I do not use.
