"This app is not associated with your ****** account"

Hi everyone,
Suddenly today my Firestick comes up with the message
"This app is not associated with your ****** account"
When I start Perfect Player
I deleted Data and Cache now all I see is an empty box and wavy lines.
Is this a common problem? First time I've come across it.
