Following on from my post in General Satellite Chat and the problems I am having with my Spiderbox HD700 and C-lines I saw the Technomate TM-5402 HD MK3 which hopefully will serve my limited needs.
I can get one new (open box but brand new and guaranteed) at the moment for £71 which is also a bonus.
It seems fairly easy to operate and patch so any advice would be appreciated.
I don't need anything fancy and will use it just general viewing from a variety of satellites (28E/19E/13E/0.8W) on a non-motorised set up

The M3 is a fine box - easy to operate etc, as long as you don't mind having a box without any support any longer!

Is there a better box which can be used to receive Satback on Intelsat 901?

Octagon SX88 looks promising and cheap but will it suffice?

Can't really answer your question mate, other than by saying yes, TM5402HD M3 is really dead easy to set up and use for 27.5W!

There's a long thread on Technomate Section about setting up TM5402HD M3 etc by manic01- suggest you read if interested?
