Please Can Anyone Help Mag256 Problem

have a magbox 256 my son for some reason entered the bois and pressed a couple of things don't
know what but now the box is stuck on a white led tried the usual things to get back into bois but to no avail
can anyone please help.

Have you tried a proper reboot by taking the power cord out/in mate?

thanks for replies got it working again had to flash with bootstrap via usb

Didn't even know you ever needed to do that paddy - well I DO now lol!
