Stalker portals not retaining portal address

On inputting stalker portal 1 and entering all works OK but next time you revisit the stalker portal 1 the portal address is gone

yes i have had that problem once before,
but it was only when i inputted on the mag portal or extreme portal address. the other two portals seemed ok.

Having the same problem enter info in stalker portal everything working ok. On powering on and off STB info is gone.
Also get error if I try and upgrade stalker portal in upgrade (error -1)
Latest firmware in use.

2.360 seams to work best if using stalker portal
