thinking of buying vu zero 4k has any pimps bought this if so
can they give me some feedback to how good/bad it is

Great box at a good price
DVB-S2X tuner works great on 5w (+others)
Does everything you would expect it to.
Only downside I have ever come across is it wont play some old SD videos (something that never got resolved, but I can live with that)

Highly recommended.

HAVE 4 zero and 1mtr dish, picks up 5 w and most other sats.tyne and wear

You should get 5W, as it's reasonably strong, in the UK, although the Transalpine beam map doesn't show the dish size for Scotland, 1Mtr should be plenty.

No goldwafers hasn't gone anywhere, I think like most retail outlets it has shut its doors for the time being but I'm sure Lee will still be around on the forum so try sending him a PM.

The chipset doesn't support Mpeg1 (same as Duo4K), so it's not something that can be resolved.
