ripped my whole dish down, does anyone have the manual for the triax 1.1 i forgot the marking indicators for az/el

i think its the technomate mount manual i need.

while the whole thing is down anyone recommend a larger dish i can put up. Dont want it to rip the mount off and become a lethal frisbee in the next storm though

can only do diseqc, laid the cable from the bottom of the garden under ground years ago, its doable but would also have to redo skirting in the living which put me off upgrading the cabling :(
