An Oscam .ipk file is usually easy to install, using a FTP program, like FileZilla, but some images have the option to download cams, from the plugin menu. Have you tried this?
CCcam.cfg is a config file, and first requires you to install a version of CCcam.

Can you please give us some information, regarding your level of expertise, with Enigma 2 receivers.

Have you read the excellent setup guides, by Lee, from Gold Wafers?

Yes, I installed both cccam / oscam ipk via image softcam portal, then blue button / green button on remote to install.

When I had BH image on Vu+ Zero receiver, I browse to root folder of Vu+ (Run , \\recever ip address, then etc folder), scroll down to cccam.cfg notepad editor then paste lines there, reboot and it worked okay.

Sadly, in OpenViX 5.3.029, I browse to the rootfolder but cccam / oscam notepad edited are not present to paste lines.

I have read Lee’s tutorial but not much being said about openvix image please.

Personally I run Open Black Hole, but most images are similar.

For Oscam you need to make the required Oscam files, for which you can use the softcam concierge tool, provided by hda5:
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?173148-SoftCam-Concierge-Team-Satpimps-CCcam-cfg-newcamd-list-os******erver

You just select the oscam.server option, then copy, and paste, your line, into the bar, including the C:, and click add line, you keep doing this for all the lines provided, usually 1-5, and once completed I use the save config option.
You are then provided a path address, for where the files are stored, in a configs folder. I always copy this to my PC desktop.

All you then have to do is FTP the files into the correct location, usually, the etc folder, tuxbox, then config.
Overwriting the current versions, then re-start oscam, on your receiver, and it should then work.

You might need to add some information, to a few files, to get some providers working, on 23.5E, and 19.2E. but that's quite simple editing.

With a ViX image the file locations are:

oscam binary is in /usr/softcams/
oscam configuration files are in /etc/tuxbox/config/ (as said above in previous post)

Check that you can see what you need in these locations. That is with a standard ViX image - OpenViX might be different.
