AMIKO X-Finder III Firmware

Hi...!!!
I'm looking for any new updates for the AMIKO X-Finder III Test equipment...
I would like to find any that allow VCAS or BISS Keys input...
Anyway...any newer firmware that the one I've got on the machine was nice to have, so please, if someone know were I cand find those files I will be very thankful...!!!
