Food Network is a FTA channel at 1.9E (12456H 30000 2/3) and booms in strong in West Mids :)
If you mount dish correctly on your USALS motor you can align dish and motor south with compass, with approx correct elevation on dish, then drive dish to any desired satellite (preferably strong signal initially to locate easy) and twist motor on it's pole east and west until you locate your desired sat. Works for me anyway.

If you cant get 1.9e try 4.8e 11766.00 H DVB-S2 8PSK 27500 2/3(channels 2+2/1+1) or 3.1e 11679 H5000 (ifilm)its not the strongest but it's there
