Internal Hard Drive for recording

Hi Guys -I purchased a vu+uno 4k se box and when I placed the order I asked for Internal recorder to be fitted, and it worked ok. I have just had to change from Opentv to Openvix , this was for a problem that I was having with softcams. Since download Open vix my original problem was cured but on testing out the box I found out that I now couldn't record. The message on screen keeps saying-No HDD found or HDD not initialised. When I go into devices I cannot see the HDD.
I would appreciate any help on how to solve this problem

menu....setup....storage....inita lize......ok
menu....setup.....vix....mount manager....green set up mounts
if you want to record on usb stick....unmount hdrive and mount usb (with the usb plugged in)
