dish issues

been a while since i last posted here. but i am having a huge problem. i have had to make changed to my dish. still use a gibby op125l but now on a technomate TM2600 mk3 diseqc motor. have had to replace the wall mounts due to finding the dish was out. replaced the shim in the dish bracket and plum lined the dish, pole and motor. moved the dish along the wall about 3 feet but i have a big problem. can not arc the dish correctly. set the dish at 1w and get 100% on sky news. by the time i am getting to 28e the signal is all but gone. i have adjusted everything motor tilt, dish tilt. reset motor to 0 and reset everything, there is now no objects in the road and just nothing. what else can i do?

Are you using USALS or Diseqc 1.2?
Please check you have entered the correct Latitude. and Longitude, remembering negative Longitude readings = West, Positive = East.
How did you set up your dish? The correct method, for USALS, is to 0 everything, dish/motor/LNB, then use your receiver to send the motor to 1W, then physically align it.
Have you tested it on 5E, 7E, 13E, 16E, 19.2E, 23.5E and if so what are the readings, also how are the signal quality readings to the West?
